Personality: She may be small but she's got a fiery, sassy attitude and hates to be underestimated. She knows her weaknesses but will still take anyone on if provoked. She's also not afraid to speak her mind and will cuss like a sailor if she feels like it. Even so, underneath it all she can still be nice and will show kindness in her own ways. She's especially soft towards children and if she's emotionally attacked or wounded, it could take her a while to recover from it. She also hates being called a "cute little girl", it's just plain insulting to her.
History: Karen grew up with strict parents in the land of Rael. Ever since she was young, they put her through training so that she might know how to use her plant powers properly. She was also put through studies and physical training that changed at anytime on her parent's whim. She was also taught a set of additional and very useful skills to help her along in life.
Though she was taught all this and treated fairly well as any normal child, Karen did not agree with everything her parents did. This was mostly based on the family's traveling flower shop. She's watched her parents grow beautiful flowers, only to cut them away from life and sell them where upon they'd eventually wilt and be thrown away. She never did participate and swore that she never would. Instead, when she was allowed to leave, she went through the world, and not knowing what to do for a living, turned to thievery.
Appearance
A little more then 4 feet tall, Karen is often mistaken for a "cute little girl"
She is indeed cute, her face is heart shaped. Her hair is a light golden brown. It is also wavy and goes down to mid-back if let down, though usually it's up in a tight bun except for the stray hairs and bangs. Her ivy green eyes are deep and penetrating and easily advertise her defiant personality.
Cloths: Karen wears a dress that she's stolen. It used to be a beautiful baby blue with purple lace and trim, but now it's faded and worn. She wears no shoes.

Feeling that someone was in the nearby swamp, Karen had decided to sneak up and watch them. Now, she stood on the surface of the water and hid behind one of the native plants, a tall shrub like plant which grew right in the water of the swamps.
It usually grew up to about 4 feet high, with half of it under water. The leaves were a dark green with dark red tips and the flowers were a small and grew in clumps in random places all over the little shrub. Karen loves Caerith flowers, they were the softest pink you could swear they even felt like velvet, and they have the most intoxicating scent to them. They smelt just like rain. Unfortunately, Caerith shrubs were a little on the rare side, so it was a treat if you ever found one.
She picked one of their small flowers and tucked it into her hair, though she could still hear what was going on. Something about visiting Escanaba. She smirked when they got into a play wrestling match, which soon ended. With her interest peeked, she kept watching the pair. Then the most amazing thing happened, the guy got the girl to completely change her mind just by mentioning a substance called 'coffee ice cream" this event made Karen fall back with laughter.
