Personality: Isa is a calm, introverted young woman, born and bred far in the Gobbi Mountain region. This woman’s eyes are virtually a window to her soul. In those ice blue orbs one can see every emotion that crosses her mind. But her eyes are perceptive of movements because in the wilds of her home one has to be very careful of what’s happening around them. At first glance, she would appear to be meek and mild, and as far as her family is concerned she is the very embodiment of the words. But please do not underestimate this lithe, young creature, for she carries generations of water-based power. Isa loves the ways of water, but even more so is the power of ice. That is were her heart truly lies… her grandmother says that if Isa had her way she would be made of ice. She is full of a quiet strength and even quieter courage.
History: The Silens have been a very influential family in Iville for a very long time. Isa great-great grandfather turned down the opportunity to be a controlling figure in the region a long time ago. The Al Bhed blood runs deep in this family and so does a power for controlling water. From a young age, Isa was groomed to be a lady, because the Silens were a family to be modelled after, so the girl had to carry this burden on her shoulders from the beginning. Her childhood was a quiet and sheltered one. Her days were spent inside studying and being taught her family’s legacy, and then her nights were spent outside with her father Macros. He taught her something else that was handed down to her… the power to control water. But after she had learned what was needed, she began her training with ice, which is where she draws her true power. Her grandmother still lives in the family estate known as Camera Del Cuore Freddo, as does her siblings. Her mother fell ill after her father disappeared in the wilderness that surrounds their home and has yet to regain her health. Isa believes her elven mother has suffered from a broken heart.
