[+] Business as usual for a young noble woman in this city full of rolling gears and squeaking springs. Isa, with her Al Bhed blood running through her veins, could tell you how to take everything apart and put it back… all without breaking a sweat. But that was generations ago that was a group of hard workers like the town folk bustling about, not the current Silen family… oh no! They were a ‘barrel full of pampered snobs’ someone had told her. Of course they didn’t know who she was when they said it. But everyone was entitled to their opinion. Honestly, that’s all we have in the end.
She hurried across the street then would walk farther on toward the castle to meet with a hired sword. She hated this work, but since her father was gone and her grandmother to old to come out of the mountain she was stuck performing these mundane and rather boring affairs. She would tell them the job, they would look her up and down, make a snide and vulgar comment then Isa would blush. That’s how it went… it was all so pointless. But her city needed to be protected so that’s why she dragged herself from the mountain.
Camera Del Cuore Freddo was her family’s ancestral home on Gobbi Mountain… built long before her grandfather was even a thought. But the houses mechanics were still in perfect working order and would be until their line died out. Isa sighed once then again more heavily as she waited for a group of children to go by… then a centaur, then a winged creature of sorts… then a rather attractive elf. She smiled slightly as her hands moved to gather up the hem of her dress to move a mite quicker.
Her black gown was enlaced with different color blues and silvers like waves running down her bustle to the hem of her dress. At the bodice was a crest with the same colors entwined together to make a knot of some sort. The waves started from this crest. It was her families crest, which was about as old as the town itself. Isa glanced up at the sun then picked up her tempo… she was going to be late for her own meeting. [+]

A few weeks back, a messenger came to him with a note from Gelu Metal Urbs, it was from the royal family in charge. He had done some work for them before, it wasn't much, but he had basically saved the family's line from being killed off. It was a band of bandits that had stolen her daughter when she was very young, there was no way she would remember it either, but he did. When the message came, all the memories poured back in and his hand slide to his side, remembering the wound he had taken in his 'negotiations' with the bandits. Clearly he had succeeded, but now he had a few new companions to assist him. As of right now, his companions were around the city, letting him deal with the business part while they did what they did best. Tilli was probably getting into trouble with the local law or perhaps already in jail conversing with the criminals. The rest, he didn't know where they were, they were less predictable than the kender.
Sighing, he stared up at the sun as he stood outside the castle like she had wanted him to do. It would have taken him a few weeks to get down here by land, but he took a short cut across the water and here he was after a short trip across the water. Total of three days. Mostly cause he didn't let anyone rest at night when they were in the desert. Beginning to judge the time, he gave a heavy sigh and pulled his hood over his head, hiding his drowish features as his silver hair still snuck out of the hood and his dark lips rested within the light. His sword rested neatly by his side just waiting to be used after the repair it had a few days ago. It was nice to have his sword back in great condition and perhaps better than what it was before he busted it up. As the white cloak shifted about his figure, white gloves rested upon his hands, hiding his dark skin and his silver eyes pierced through the darkness of his hood as he stared ahead, awaiting the daughter's arrival, waiting to see what job she had in mind for him.

[+] ‘I am so late… how professional can I seem now?’ Then as she dropped her dress and looked up she saw him there standing out like nobody’s business in his white cloak. The day was mild so she hadn’t bothered to pack a cloak herself, but then again she was a durable woman. Isa took a deep breath and proceed towards the sword-for-hire. She smiled meekly when she was close enough. “ Good day sir. I am Lady Isa, and I amuse you must be the man my staff spoke of… Plus pardon my tardiness. I have just come from my house in the mountains and the road was quite hazardous today. Which is precisely what I wish to speak with you about… If you will follow me sir.”
She curtsied politely, then proceeded toward a small door off to the side. There was a panel to the right of the door with a series of grey buttons on it. Isa moved her body over it then rapidly pressed a two different combinations of three. This door lead to the innermost offices which was restricted from the townsfolk. Normally they are allows to come into the castle through the main gate, but this one is for Isa and her staff only. Two clicks sounded off and the door swung open. She turned once more and gestured lightly with her hand for him to follow. It lead them to a staircase which Isa took quickly then it opened up to a hall full of doors.
All the way to the end of the hall was an open room which was their gathering room, the other doors went to various staff members here and others from across Iville. She walked quickly into the room then spoke once more, her voice soft and smooth, “If you will take a seat here sir I can feel you in on the mission I have for you. Would you like anything to drink Mr. … I’m sorry they didn’t really tell me your name. What is it again?” She took a seat across from him and crossed her feet at the ankles and folded her hands in her lap. Her posture was as straight as an arrow… and she was screaming inside. ‘Let’s hurry this up’ She said to herself. [+]

Watching as she began to approach, he could tell she had grown up a bit since he had last seen her all those years back. Its a shame her father wouldn't tell her about her little unorthodox trip she had when she was very little. No matter, this was certainly not something they were going to discuss anyways. She spoke like a real lady, certainly her father's daughter, there was no mistaking it. Bowing his head gently towards her, he said not a word, there was no need, so he wouldn't even speak at the moment. When she began to move towards the castle, he slowly looked around before following her, making sure no one was around to disturb them. In his line of work, disturbances were annoying, specially ones from Tilli. Moving on from the subject, he stopped and listened to her fiddle with the controls before the door would open. When she offered him to go in first, he merely raised his arm towards the door. Letting her enter first, he moved inside, shutting the door directly behind him.
Striding slowly down the long hall, his silver eyes began to wander, examining everything. It all looked about the same from when he was here last, but he couldn't tell for sure. Machines were never his strong point, his strong point was his sword. Either way, his eyes didn't care much about it, to him it was just an every day occurrence, or at least that's how he acted. When they came to the gathering room, he promptly took a seat after her words and let his cloak flutter around his figure as his hands rose and pulled back his hood, his silver hair glistening in the light. Silver eyes stared at her when she began to say his name, yet didn't have it. Giving a gentle laugh, he spoke, "Raz, just Raz, no mister anything, I don't need to feel older than what I already am," he mused. He never did like being called mister, and never would either. "So, what can I do for the House of Silen today?" he questioned, as if it were something he did every day, "And how much you going to offer?" Payment was something Raziel and his group always needed, without it, they would starve, or Tilli will end up stealing something.

[+] She smiled slightly once more and raised her eyes to him. Isa’s eyes were a thing of beauty. They were the exact color of her favorite thing in the entire world… ice. When she wanted to she could close them off… making it appear that a sheet of ice blocked her mind. And that’s what she did when handling state matters because her father had told her never to give the upper hand to anyone… especially someone who could use it against you. So with her painted smile she spoke, “Well… Raz,” A slight blush painted her face as she put her hand to her mouth for a brief second, “Do forgive me… if I call you sir or mister. I can only say that politeness and respect has been ingrained in my mind.”
She let a little giggle escape then looked down for a second. Isa kept her head down and looked up through her lashes, “Pardon me for asking si- I mean Raz, but do I know you from somewhere? You look so very familiar.” Another blush… Wow she was laying it on thick today. “Forget it. It must be a mistake. I was too young to remember when my father hired you last time. And moreover I was at our family estate… I’m just being silly I suppose. But back to the matter at hand!” She raised her head so her jaw line so that it was parallel to the floor. “I have been told that around the city a gang of… oh it varies. I have been told Orcs, Werewolves, Ogres, and ever a report of a lone Troll have been destroying houses, crops and mechanics shops outside the city walls. I would send my own people after this… but my advisors requested that I not do this. If there are a gang of any of those creatures and one of my men are killed… The families would be devastated. So I wish to minimize the hurt to my people as much as possible. I think you can understand that.” She cleared her throat then continued once more. “I have two tasks for you. One would to be find out what is happening in the first place. When this information has been gathered come to me with the results of your investigation. Second, I shall determine what is to be done with the said attackers, and you might have to slay that or those creatures.”
She pulled out a small purse from a cabinet that was seated beside her chair. “As For payment I assume we would have to agree on this subject being as I have never had to deal with these type of things before… But I hope a man such as yourself would not pray upon a young woman’s ignorance.” Her lashes lowered slightly and Isa looked at him through her lashes. Normally this worked on men, but this swordsman for hire is more than likely a different story. But you can’t blame a girl for trying… [+]

She wanted to call him sir or mister, these titles were disrespectful in this drow's world and he would not have those titles for himself. Shaking his head, his voice spoke sternly, "No." Simple reply, just one word was enough to get his point across as his silver eyes glared at her. Now he had only to wait for her to speak of the mission that was brought to hahd, but she did not. Now she was saying he looked familar, if only she knew the truth, Raziel was more than just a familar face for her. He was the one that saved her from bandits. Sighing, he let her ramble before she moved on and went to the real business.
As it finally came up, he leaned forward slightly, eyes staring down as he took in the words she spoke, listened. It's always bandits, he thought to himself, but perhaps now it was different. Either way, he would take it if the money was good enough. Listening as she went into details of the job, find out what was going on around here than tell her. He'd have one of his men tell her, that would be true, but he wouldn't do it himself. Raziel was a sword for hire, a man of battle nothing else. Nodding his head, he idly agreed, even though he didn't. Than payment came up and a grin settled upon his lips. Watching as she attempted to 'persaude' him with her looks, he could only laugh and shook his head, "Five hundred thousand, that will just be the starting fee, I don't normally do information seeking work, but if I am pleased enough, it may be just enough, what say you?" He wasn't expecting her to agree, but he always went high only to argue it lower.

[+] As she spoke, he leaned forward and remained there when she told him of the job. The he said that absurd price her face turned red slightly. She knew that was a ludicrous price from a job so simple for him. And more than likely he would make his lackeys do it. Isa took a deep breath and said, calmly and smoothly, “That is a bit high don’t you agree? I assume the blunt of the work won’t be done by a man such as yourself. I was thinking more along the lines of ten thousand.” She gave him a little smile and sat back into her seat. She stared him down as she sat there.
At the moment, she looked very much a city head making a deal with a local business man. Her eyes told him to argue with her… she needed a good fight. Her grandmother had given her a scolding before she left the house. Grandmother was grilling her over the fact that she had yet to snag a husband. But between the city business and dealing with her grandmother when was Isa supposed to go ’husband hunting’ as her Grandmother called it. That was the real reason why she was late… plus some news of a sibling had caught her off guard. She wasn’t ready for what she think was about to happen with that sibling. Her eyes shifted away from him slightly. They grew cloudy as she thought for a brief moment. They snapped back to him a moment later. A smile lurked there but it wasn’t overbearing. Her eyes, ice blue irises, really were the window into her mind, thoughts, soul even. [+]
