Hiya, I seem to be in need of some more staff members, since the ones I do have don't seem to get on a lot. Therefore I am setting up a screening process for people to attempt to become staff members. Fill out the below and post it here or simply PM it to me, thank you.
Staff Experience: (From designing boards to running RPs, examples are loved.) Reasoning?: (Why should I make you a staff member?) Will you treat everyone with fairness?: (This means being nice to EVERYONE! Even if you don't like the person.)
Hope to have some staff members soon. =D

Staff Experience: Hmmm, let's see. I've been a moderator on several boards before (4 Hogwarts Boards - that was mostly what I used to rp before) and I had my own fun fantasy RPG which ended up with 50 members, before I disappeared from roleplaying for a while. Now, I've got a roleplay board, and I'm an Admin on a brother site as well, so yeah, I know what I'm doing, and I've got a good deal of experience.
Reasoning?: Hmmmm, well, firstly I've had experience, and a good deal of it. I'll be active, and also at another time zone - I live in Asia, so yeah, if anyone gets online during this time, I'll be there. Can't think of anything else at the moment to be honest. <_<
Will you treat everyone with fairness?: Yeah. Personally, I've never encountered any differences with people. Being an admin, you learn that you've got to treat each and every member with the same amount of respect, and not favour someone just because you know him or her from 5 previous boards. You might get along better with that person, but respect should be the same for everyone whether it's a long time friend, or someone who you're seeing for the first time regardless if you're a staff member or not, but being a staff member, it would be more of a priority than a choice.

Staff Experience: I've been a mod for about 3 boards prior to this. One was a board I started myself for general rp that supported about 20-25 members and the other two larger meant for more specified rp. The two aforementioned boards had anywhere from 30 to 45 members, respectively.
Reasoning?: I've been rping for close to 10 years now and know how everything works. I can be fair and am capable of treating the other members with respect. I'm not very big into stomping around and waving my "mighty mod" fist, if a situation requires a firm hand I provide it. I'll be an active member, my name is very rarely seen in the offline section of a forum. I prefer to keep my names on and periodically check for updates.
Will you treat everyone with fairness?: There aren't many people I CAN claim to like online, but I do understand the necessity for equal fairness and respect. After all, if you don't treat members with respect they won't want to RP with you. I believe that we are all human and are capable of mistakes and it's how we handle those mistakes, and the mistakes of others, that determine whether we are "fair." The bottom line: I'll be fair.

Staff Experience- Run 2 forums as an admin, been a mod of 3, and have been in leading roles in RP forever.
Reasoning- Because I'm a good writer, I know good writing, and I know how to make a call when a call is needed.
Will I treat everyone with fairness? Yeah, no question about that, I don't like to get involved unless it's necessary or I'm called into it to settle it.
